My Own GTNP Review

I hope you're enjoying my site, Fit N Healthy Now.com! I am very careful to add only those things that have been helpful to me in my own personal experience or perhaps to those I am close to and trust.

As our medical world is changing in the US, and many other systems aren't ideal, we can't always rely on the medical community to keep us well - nor should we! It's becoming even more important to do everything we can to maintain, or even regain our own personal level of health now.

I lived in a country abroad under socialized medicine. Medically, it wasn't a good experience for me or for my family. While the country was absolutely beautiful, and the people, amazing, the lack of medical personal responsibility and accountability really took a toll on the care of the average person. Instances of mistakes, carelessness, and additional, unnecessary medical procedures affected many close to me, as well as myself. I was grateful to return to USA, only to find many years later, that we are moving toward emulating a model of that flawed system.

Good care in government run medical systems is more difficult to obtain. Even with the problems we see in a private medical system, it's my personal opinion that the government shouldn't be involved! With as many talented people we have in the US, we can come up with a better solution, if given the opportunity!

Start now to take responsibility for your personal level of health
. I would begin with a natural hygiene approach to eating. This will help you to be clean from the inside out. I wouldn't suggest an exercise program until you are eating in the optimal way. You're car engine can't run when it's filled with sludge or if the mechanisms are broken down and worn out. With this system of eating, you will most likely completely eliminate such nasty things as ITBS, stomach aches, lowered immunity to disease, and skin problems. You will probably find your energy increase along with a general feeling of well-being and the ability, and actual desire to exercise! While there have been many books written on the subject, no one has made this way of eating easier or tastier to follow, in my opinion, than Sherry Breschia!

And lest you think you will have to suffer under her eating plan, let me assure you that you will love the food you eat! You won't be counting calories or giving up the food you love! I have been using Sherry's plan since August of 2007. I have been able to eliminate health problems that were plaguing me. I can exercise for long periods without fatigue; my immune levels are strong enough to ward off most seasonal illnesses as well as allergies; and I sleep well through the night. It's been a blessing for me and my family. She even has a cook book filled with delicious recipes!
